The Xiox General Business Software (GBS) for Windows call-accounting system. Compliant with the recent changes to the North American Numbering Plan (NANP), GBS for Windows is an affordable, yet powerful, program that is accurate, flexible and above all, easy to use.

Toll Fraud Reports and Alarm call out parameters
A Toll Fraud Module is included in GBS Win that contains Toll Fraud Reports such as International calls & After Hour Trunk Utilization. Alarms can also be generated for exceptional calls and on pre-defined variables that the user desires such as unique numbers. When a fraudulent call has been detected, GBS Win will dial a pre-selected pager number to warn the telecom manager that security has been breached.

Automatic Rate Table Updates
GBS Win can be scheduled to dial up to our server and receive rate table (tariffs), area code and prefix updates, automatically so that the call costing function of GBS Win is rating calls correctly.

Roving extensions
Enables the system to bill back costs to extensions based on the authorization code dialed, not the physical extension making the call.

Printer options
Controls the printer receipt, audit trail and diagnostic messages.

Company Information
Establishes the information to be displayed at the top of all corporate reports and database listings.

Call processing
Xiox GBS for Windows offers powerful call processing options. The primary reason for such accuracy is the correctly and timely application of FCC tariff information for all major long distance carriers and local exchange carriers.Time of day and day of week discounts are represented for all carriers.

Call processing also includes recognizing call types, pricing calls, alarming on user-defined types of calls and saving calls in a compressed format to the PC or a Local Area Network (LAN) for later reporting.

Reports
Simplified reporting is one of the most powerful features of GBS for Windows. The software features eight report libraries grouped by function. By selecting a library with the click of a mouse, a list of available reports appears and awaits execution. A combination of seventy detail and summary reports are standard in GBS for Windows.

Upon selection of a report, a Report Options filter allows users to include or exclude specific call records. For example, users can choose to print only calls made to the 809 area code from extension 155. Filters can be saved for later reuse. Users can also select or deselect incoming, outgoing, international and/or exceptional calls; schedule reports to print immediately, at a future date or repetitively; and specify report output to a printer, file or screen. Summary reports are also available as graphs for viewing or printing.
