Active Voice

Active Voice Year 2000 Statement of Compliance: Active Voice software, if used in accordance with its associated documentation and with hardware or third-party software that is on Active Voice's list of approved items or that is otherwise compliant, will perform and function the same before, during, and after the year 2000. This includes recognizing the year 2000 as a leap year.

The Active Voice products listed below are year 2000 compliant. This includes the Active Voice software, Lingo? hardware, and the VoiceMate¨ PC platforms.

• Repartee VP 7.44 or later (including TeLANophy¨)
• Repartee CTI 7.44 or later (including TeLANophy)
• Lingo 1.0 and Lingo XL? or later
• Replay Plus 6.72 or later
• Replay 3.02 or later

Xiox

The following Xiox products at the specified version level have been fully tested in accordance with generally accepted testing procedures and are warranted (Xiox Standard Limited Warranty applies) to operate before, during, and after year 2000, including year 2000 leap year.

• GBS Plus (DOS) version 4.1 and above (including Poller)
• GBS for Windows v1.03 and above .GBS for Windows Lite v1.03 and above
• GBS for Windows LAN Reporting Package v1.03 and above
• Xiox Pollable & Non-Pollable Buffers

The Xiox equipment receives data from other equipment such as PC's and PBX's. Naturally, the Xiox equipment can only properly handle year 2000 dates if it receives appropriate data from this other equipment. It is strongly suggested that customers make certain that equipment which provides data to Xiox equipment is Year 2000 compliant.

It is also important that in order to insure proper operation and pricing, that you maintain a valid support and rate table agreement with Xiox through Voice Technologies Ltd.

Omnicron

No products [voice loggers] manufactured by Omnicron Electronics have been found to produce errors processing date data in connection with the year change from December 31, 1999 to January 1, 2000. They will operate correctly across the year 2000 boundary.
